At Team Elite, we’re proud to deliver projects that not only improve productivity but also ensure compliance and safety on farm sites. Our latest project involved extending an existing liquid fertiliser pad and constructing a new bunded area to provide secure, environmentally responsible storage.
What Was Involved
The client required additional space for fertiliser storage to keep pace with demand. To achieve this, our team:
- Extended the existing pad – adding new reinforced concrete to create a larger, durable surface capable of supporting extra tanks and equipment.
- Built a protective bund – a raised containment wall around the pad designed to catch and hold any potential spills or leaks. This prevents contamination of the surrounding land, drains, and watercourses, ensuring the site meets environmental regulations.
- Integrated drainage and safety features – ensuring that rainwater and wash-down water are directed safely without risk of pollution.
Why It Matters
Expanding the pad gives the client greater storage capacity and operational flexibility, while the bund ensures compliance with best practice and legislation. Most importantly, it provides peace of mind that liquid fertiliser is stored safely, securely, and with minimal environmental risk.
The Team Effort
Completing this project required careful planning, attention to detail, and a lot of hard work on the ground. From preparing the site to pouring the concrete and constructing the bund, the dedication of our team shone through once again.

At Team Elite, projects like this are about more than just construction — they’re about helping farms and businesses work more efficiently, safely, and sustainably.
