We were recently tasked with clearing and reshaping an overgrown pond that had become heavily silted and unusable. Our goal was to restore the pond’s capacity, improve its appearance, and create a more stable, sustainable water feature for the landowner.
The project involved carefully dewatering and excavating the pond to remove built-up silt and vegetation, before reshaping the banks to achieve better water flow and long-term stability. We also improved access for ongoing maintenance and ensured the finished profile blended naturally with the surrounding landscape.
The result was a clean, functional, and visually improved pond — designed to enhance both drainage and biodiversity while standing up to the demands of the environment for years to come.
